Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the CDG WOOD website and placing a quote request. By accessing and using this site, you accept and comply with the terms described below.

2. Product Specifics (Uniqueness & Hand-Crafting)
Wood Uniqueness: Our products are made from secular oak roots (350–450 years old), recovered from natural forestry operations. Each piece is unique worldwide.
Natural Characteristics: Cracks, knots, twists, variations in shade, and wood voids are natural details intentionally preserved and do not constitute manufacturing defects or imperfections.
Manual Process: The entire cleaning, processing, and finishing process is performed 100% manually. Finishes are applied using special waxed oils (OSMO, Borma Wachs) and professional lacquers (Sayerlack, Renner).
3. Pricing and Placing Orders (Quote Request System)
Price on Request: The products presented on the site do not have a fixed displayed price; the final price is established based on the dimensions of the chosen root, the degree of processing, and customization options (e.g., adding a glass/crystal top).
Quote Request: Submitting a form from the UNIQUE COLLECTION page or CONTACT page represents a non-binding quote request.
Order Confirmation & Contract: The order becomes firm only upon signing the Sales-Purchase Contract and issuing the proforma/tax invoice.
4. Payment Methods
Advance Payment: To confirm the order and begin the delivery/customization process, a down payment of 25% of the total contract value is required after the corresponding invoice is issued.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 75% is paid according to the conditions stipulated in the individual sales contract (before delivery or upon handover, as the case may be).
Payment Methods: Payments are made via bank transfer based on the issued invoice.
5. Delivery and Receipt of Products
Specialized Transport: Given the weight and dimensions of the pieces (which can vary from approx. 50 kg to 200 kg or more), delivery is carried out via secure/specialized transport.
Delivery Time: The exact delivery time will be communicated when the quote is issued and will be specified in the contract.
Receipt: Upon delivery, the buyer is obligated to check the condition of the packaging and the product together with the carrier and sign the handover protocol.
6. Accompanying Documents and Warranty
Each delivered product will be accompanied by:
Certificate of Authenticity and Uniqueness (attesting the origin and age of the wood).
Usage and Maintenance Guide (instructions regarding cleaning and protecting the waxed/lacquered finish).
Tax Invoice and Sales Contract.
(Optional) Photo/video presentation of the piece's processing stages.
Warranty and Maintenance: The professional finishes applied ensure long-term durability; the need for re-maintenance arises, under normal indoor conditions, after a period of approximately 8–10 years.
7. Right of Return and Cancellation
According to OUG 34/2014 (Art. 16 lit. c), products manufactured according to specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized are exempt from the right of withdrawal/return within 14 days (raw wood pieces cut, finished on request, or accessorized with custom-sized tops).
The conditions for order cancellation before delivery and the retention of the deposit are detailed in the Sales-Purchase Contract signed by both parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The entire content of the site (texts, structure, images, logos, presentations) is the property of LUNNA FOREST OFF ROAD S.R.L. and is protected by Copyright Law. Copying, reproducing, or multiplying materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Complaints and Disputes

Disputes arising between the parties will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the jurisdiction rests with the courts in Romania.
