Production & Finishing Process
- 100% Handcrafted: The entire process, from cleaning to the final finish, is carried out manually by our team of craftsmen.
- Natural Drying: The wood is dried completely naturally, without rushing or aggressive heat treatments, keeping its structure and strength intact.
- High-Class Finishes: We use pure-clarity wax oils (OSMO, Borma Wachs Olio-Cera) and professional lacquers (Sayerlack, Renner). These highlight the unique texture of the wood and require maintenance only once every 8–10 years.
- Preserved Natural Detail: Every crack, knot, void, or twist is kept exactly as nature created it.
